Deleted Windows old

Hi Guys,

Meet again with me. Today i am going to share some trick how to delete "Windows Old" file from your machine. This will only work with Windows operating system. Before we start, i think it will be better for me to share the definition of what is Windows old and why there is Windows old? Windows old  is not a new thing at windows. It is already exist form windows xp. It is a folder at C:\ directory in your pc. This folder is contain of all previous operating system file when you upgrade it. For example, if you upgrade your pc from windows 7 to Windows 8 or 10, then you will see windows old (Contain of Windows 7 file system) at your C:\ directory. And the reason why we have these files is to give a chance for us to downgrade our OS incase we did not like it or the new OS crash or damage. But, the next question is, "Is it safe for us to delete this file"? Base on my experience when upgrading from windows 7, i can tell you that Yes. it is safe to delete this file. Because Windows 10 is stable, and i like the interface. Besides that, you will save so many spaces on your hard drive (arround 20-26 Gb) after delete these files. But, you can not simply delete it by open the C:\ directory, choose the file, and hit the button delete. NO. Here is the right and safe way how to do that.

First, open windows explorer ( + e)
Right click the on the "Windows C:\" drive

A new pop up will appear. Then click "Disk Clean up"

After that a new windows will appear and click "Clean up system files"

A new window will pop up. Tick the "Previous Windows Installation" box. And the hit ok.

Wait for couple minutes. And the files deleted. And you will save more spaces on your hard drive.
